PopUpXPert will help you: it stops Internet Explorer Pop-Ups. Once activated, PopUpXPert will scan new instances of Internet Explorer for known pop-up phrases or servers - if it finds a known pop-up window, it will immediately close it. This method is much better compared to other popup blockers that do block any new instance of Internet Explorer - no matter if it's a PopUp or not.
Due to its small size, PopUpXPert does not come with an installer. Instead, you should extract the contents of the zip package into a folder of your preference and optionally create a shortcut for the program file.
