Flexillis Mobile Security is an extremely good mobile app to keep your device safe.

In terms of security it offers anti virus scanning/protection as well as a firewall to prevent hackers from accessing your device.

Its backup function will backup your contacts, photos, call log, sms's and pretty much anything else you want it to.

The fact that it can schedule the scans and backups means once you've installed it, you'll probably never have to do anything with it again.

If your device is lost or stolen, just log into their website and use the "Locate" function. this will show you the exact where abouts of your device.

The "Nuke" function allows you to delete all personal information on your phone (contect, sms's, etc) in the even of your device being stolen.

As Flexilis is still in Beta, you will need to sign up to request an invite.
